FYI the Derale brand plate & fin cooler does not come with the right size adapter for the radiator. I spliced it in at the rubber portion of the line and ran the hoses under the radiator. I put the cooler as low as I could on the driver side of the ac condenser and I had just enough hose.

I bought a tan 2004 Bonneville SE last month with 65k on it and this site has been a great help with maintenance. So far I have replaced the gauge stepper motors and all the backlights in the dash. Yesterday I added a transmission cooler and when the weathers warms up a little I plan to flush ...

Or possibly the gauge itself. Half of my gauges were all over the place until I replaced all the stepper motors.

It's not bad if you're a patient, careful, mechanically inclined person. My oil pressure, temperature, and voltage gauges would get stuck, not move at all, or peg until I replaced the stepper motors. There are a few good youtube videos that show how to do it in other gm vehicles. You really need a ...
