Re: No Brake Lights, Third Brake Stays On, Some Running Ligh

resolved / fixed.

One passenger side LED was loose and the other was in backwards - car was at a body shop and they removed and re installed that bulb.

All back to normal.

No Brake Lights, Third Brake Stays On, Some Running Lights

Have not dug into this yet but just found on my drive home tonight:

I have no brake lights in the rear lower and my third brake light is staying on. The outside of the dual bulbs in the rear are lighting with my running lights but not the inner lights.

I did a couple months ago switch all the rear ...

Re: World's Best GXP?

Very clean gxp and it looks great. Hard to say what is the best Bonneville gxp. I think it also depends on geography, I see gxps daily around here in sw Michigan and there are always a good number for sale. Most are of course not this clean. Keep it looking nice and hope the N* treats you well ...

SLE to GXP Spoiler Swap

Is the SLE to GXP a direct bolt swap?

What tape should I use to tape on the end pieces of the gxp spoiler to the body?

Thanks!

Re: Hockey puck mount. Good and bad.

I tried about 4 variations of bushings and rubber pieces and some where better then others without a doubt. I think I still have most of the parts around if anyone wants it. Cover shipping and its yours.

Re: Hockey puck mount. Good and bad.

I had a hockey puck mount I removed it, didn't like the vibration at all with my driving speeds. I put in an anchor mount. About 15k miles and still good but I bought local so when it fails I'll get another at no charge.

Re: Stock 05 GXP Center caps

Yeah for whatever reason the center caps are super easy to get, the wheels though as we know are much harder. I got a set that are in the attic as I found them at a decent price. Just need to get rubber and a few other things.

I agree, burnouts I guess are cool if you have some cash to waste on buying a new set of tires...
