No low beams!

I've spent all morning reading the posts in electrical to see if anyone has had this issue and I have had no luck. My low beams in my 2000 Bonne se haven't been working for a awhile now. I have replaced the relay under the hood more than once and at this point it has melted part of the fuse box so I ...

Fuel Filter Replacement

My 2000 bonne needs the fuel filter replaced and I wasn't sure where it is located. The car has issues with acceleration and uphill driving. I ran the codes and it came up as multicylinder misfire. So any help would be appreciated..I need to replace it soon. Thanks

Little to no heat

When I bought my 2000 Bonne SE I was told that I would need to flush the heater core in order to get heat. I have yet to do so and am unsure of how to flush the heater core. I did notice that when I checked the radiator that the previous owners had used stop leak. I am hoping that this will not ...

Trunk Issues!! Please help!

I cannot get my trunk to open with the key anymore and I don't have a trunk release button in the glove box or a key fob to pop it. The key will turn like it should in the lock, but I don't hear the latch unhook or anything. I was wondering how to get the back seat rest off without destroying it, so ...

Re: Help!! #4 cylinder misfire 2000 Bonnie SE

I ended up getting the AC Delco Rapidfire platinums. They seem to work pretty well. The back plugs were a bitch to get out tho! I took the Bonnie on its maiden voyage down the highway yesterday and had no problems. Still keep getting the check engine light tho. When I had it checked last week it was ...

Re: Help!! #4 cylinder misfire 2000 Bonnie SE

I finally had the chance to replace the 1/4/5 plugs today. the car runs much better. I don't get the motor shakes everytime I accelerate up a hill. The plugs definitely needed to be replaced they were pretty bad. I'm not sure the last time they were done but I imagine it was quite some to

Re: Help!! #4 cylinder misfire 2000 Bonnie SE

As far as the plugs and wires they haven't been changed since I bought the car..it is in the works tho. I don't think the prior owners had changed them either. The gaskets I am not sure about either but will look into it. Thanks for all the quick responses!! I plan on doing the plugs this week.

Help!! #4 cylinder misfire 2000 Bonnie SE

The service engine light has been off and on since I bought the car, so I took it to Advanced to have them run the computer to get the codes. One was the #4 cylinder had been misfiring and the other was the #2 O2 sensor had a malfunction. The kid told me that the misfire was causing the O2 sensor to ...

Hello

Im new here, I just bought a 2000 Bonneville SE with 172k for $150 in July. It had been sitting since February due to not passing inspection. It runs pretty well barring a few minor issues (#4 cylinder misfires, rear window motors, fuel gauge, etc.). I have already been perusing the forums to find ...
