Talking about wheel bearings… If your anti lock brakes are working be happy…! The bearings will “growl” if worn… turning you will hear more? and they get louder… When they start “Howling” you have waited too long???… Mine were bad when I purchased the car at 140,000 miles.

Do both. this is a common problem. Yes a little tight with center bolts... Measure distance first to better guess at alignment...

I measured 28” at all four wheel wells… Before. 160,000 miles 2002 year. SE
After Monroe 171685 Quick-Strut Complete Strut Assembly in front; With a 2’ carpenter level for alignment… I was nearly 29.5” in the front and 28 in the rear...

Defiantly do the rear shocks… normally the rear should be done first… My Opinion.

I would have done rear first… That’s all it really needed…

How "clean" is the Car? Gravel Roads? Hope not. If the pistons “Push Back” OK... you might be ok...? If I buy New rotors I always Rebuild calipers and change fluid. If I am not “doing the calipers”… and the rotors do not pulse… I just throw new pads on. Period. But, You should check to see what the ...

What is your budget? For a poor Man… just slap some cheep squeaky semi Metallic pads on… NOT.
I used some nice premium cold galvanized rotors and the best ceramic pads that Wagner makes… I am a poor man so I stayed with stock calipers. I popped the pistons; changed all fluid to DOT 4 … new pins ...
