LIM replacement - low oil pressure

Had the LIM/UIM replaced (engine flooded with coolant) and now we have low oil pressure. On cold start-up, and once warm above 2000 RPM, I get reading of about 40 PSI. When at a stop sign, engine warmed, with foot on the brake - about 1000 RPM - oil pressure drops into the red zone and I get the ...

Re: radio controls on wheel not working

Just had this exact issue on my 1995. Turns out the insides of the switches were melted. This write up explains exactly how to do the job. Took me a couple of hours and now they work perfectly.

Really need the Power Steering Cooler?

My 1995 Bonneville SE has a badly rusted power steering cooler, leaking rapidly.

My neighborhood mechanic suggested that I cut the lines and bypass it entirely. Said the cooler wasn't really necessary.

Anyone do this? This a terrible idea?

Rear Seat Belt Stuck

Here's a simple one.
Rear seat belt passenger side is fully extended, and no matter what I do it won't retract.
I purchased a replacement from a junkyard, but its not clear how to remove the rear seat back to get at the bolts holding the belt housing in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

95 Bonneville SSE - 124,000

Hi,
Just joined having acquired, for $1.00, a '95 Bonneville from my father in law. This one was headed to charity and was rescued.
This car runs beautifully, and far as I can tell needs new motor mounts (engine jumps when put in gear). The check engine light has been on a year or so. Traction ...
