Yes that might be the part, price is right but the pic is not very good.
The stores I´ve sent mail to has it listed also but they can not get hold of it :(
gmpartsdirect.com doesn´t ship internationally so I can´t buy from them :(

Re: BCS?
I got hold of some high temp gasket material so now I have made a new gasket and put the egr back together and it´s back on the engine.
My idle is smother than before but I still get the SES upon letting the gaspedal up :(

Re: BCS?
Will try to find something that works, don´t know what´s in stores here in Sweden.
The gasket between the base and egr looks alright, it´s the gasket when taking the egr apart that doesn´t look as good.

Re: BCS?
Now I´ve the egr away and took a look at it.
It´s a little dirty but not that bad but I removed the three torx screws and took it apart...
The gasket right below the springs are really bad but from what I find there are no replacement gasket :( (searching the internet)
Is there any sealing compound ...

Re: BCS?
Today I checked out those bubbles again, don´t know if it´s water that bubbles or if it´s something else.
Sprayed Leak Finder on to the base and took some pictures, just to let you see what I mean.

Re: BCS?
No I didn´t spray anything.
I was rather wet outside though but that wouldn´t cause it I think, engine was at working temperature.

Re: BCS?
Will try to clean it tomorrow.
I saw some bubbles coming out at the base of the egr when I looked at it last weekend, is that right?
Really nice if you can check the diagnosis of the code 56 for me.

Re: BCS?
I did run out of time checking the things I got tips of but will do it this weekend.
Just some more questions
How do I check my egr valve?
How do I clean the egr valve and do I need a new gasket if I unscrew it?
I also noticed that the car seems to behave as it should as long as it´s cold.
The SES ...

Re: BCS?
Thanks alot, now I know that I need to order the parts listed for 92-95.
My problem is that I get bad throttle respons and not full boost.
Also as I stated in my first post, I´ve read other posts here in this forum were they solved the exact same problem as I´m having by changing the BCS.

BCS?
I have a 1992 SSEi that I think, from reading here and getting a code 56, has a problem with the BCS.
The threads I´ve read here regarding a code 56 is that when driving and leting the gaspedal up the Service Engine Soon lamp lights up and then it goes away a couple of seconds after I hit the gas ...

Re: ABS and Traction control?
They make a test drive, unfortunately :(
So now I need to get those new rear hubs as soon as possible, but I will buy them from USA as they are really expensive here...
Any suggestions where to get them at a fair price?

Re: ABS and Traction control?
Thanks!
The only problem is that I have to take the car to the yearly inspection we have here in Sweden and they don´t like warning lights that are on :(
Is it possible to remove the bulbs without taking the cluster out?

Re: ABS and Traction control?
Well then, back in the right thread.
Today I´ve checked my rear hub and it seems as my right one has rusted at the back where the speed sensor is located.
I tried to measure the output from it when turning the brake drum and I get less output from the right than the left so I hope I have found the ...
