Re: Leaky sunroof drain...

While I was getting my interior trim pieces out of my trunk to finally get the car completely back together, I found water in the spare tire well... So now the trunk is gutted and I may have to find a friend and a hose tonight...

Re: Leaky sunroof drain...

Finally dug into the front drains last night and found both of them were unhooked. I double zip tied them so they should be good to go for a while (yeah I know, I should have used hose clamps). I also zip tied the connections in the trunk since I think the passenger side one may have been leaking ...

Re: Leaky sunroof drain...

Do yourself a favor and take that carpet all the way out. The center console is only held in with 8 - 10mm bolts. The carpet will dry much faster out of the car.

While you have the carpet out, have someone spray water all over over your car to test for leaks. There might be more than just that 1 ...

Leaky sunroof drain...

It rained about 2" from sunday through monday and my dad and I found an inch of water above the carpet in my back seat. Drilled a couple holes in the back floorpans to drain it and shopvac'ed as much water out as we could. Took it to our mechanic/body man to check on the sunroof drains and the rear ...

Re: tires for the GXP

Looks like the only Triple Treds that are 18" are P225/50R18. Would the thinner tire work on the GXP rims. Obviously it's not ideal, but if he were to want to use them could he?

Look in the engine section on the right side and click "Show" on the L67 part. Last year for an SSEi was 2003.

Wouldn't an epoxy be better for strength of the seal, then you could silicone over that just to be safe?

Re: Heads Up Display with New Sunglasses

Agreed with GoldenBullet. I can't see my HUD very well at all with my Native's which are polarized, but I can see it with my non-polarized oakleys.
