This is just my opinion and I may be way off, but I have only experienced problems using dry gas.
Maybe it was the type or brand. I have had much better results with using higher grade octane (93) and an ethanol specific treatment. I know this is slightly off your topic, but I do try to steer ...

Can you post or send a picture of the taillights/LED lit?
I would love to see what it looks like in the dark. I always thought the center should have had lights too.

You can take a small drill and make a drain hole in the black plastic part in the very bottom inside corner where
it can't be seen or won't be obvious. This lets the water out, but won't fix the haze.

Something to consider. At least have someone do some troubleshooting so you can know for sure what you are up against. If it is the intake gasket going bad and you continue on without doing anything,

Good to see another Bonneville nut turn partial mopar. The 360 magnum is great engine that little goes wrong with. I have two Dakotas that sport them, one original, one transplant. Electrical is a different story, however.
