Replace you Key Fob battery?
Check your fuses in the car?

Can't you turn that function off thru the operator options panel?
I know I could on the Escalade, but I don't remember it on the GXP.

I had over 235,000 on mine & it's still running in Iowa now with about 240,000 on it.

Its black and about 2 hours from me, that's all the details I can give you ;) . It's looking more and more promising that this might be the one for us so don't want to give away too many details and lose out on it.

Disappointing news, the car in question does not have the 12-disc changer.

Yes, the car that I have considered buying does not have the Sirius/XM option.
I don't know what is all involved in the radio package, if a car was to have that added option up front, which I imagine it has to, so it has the antenna.

Just to clarify, the antenna on the rear roof area of my current ...

I currently have the '05 GXP with the Sirius/XM. And I use it & need it.

You can replace each one individually if you want to.
But in the end, it would be money well spent to buy both sides, all eight, ..., & just move on with no more worries.
