Old school thinking says that a failing ignition control module, under the coils, causes stalling, hard starts when it's heated up.

Do our cars have the dual voltage, dual fuel pump relays like the GTP? My friend had this same issue with his 2000 GTP. The fuel pump runs on normal 12+volts on start up, then switches to a lower voltage after 3 to 5 seconds, due to a resistor in the wiring. If the resistor goes bad, the cat will ...

Hey everyone!
I had a similar issue, (02 ssei) where I could turn the key just about an 1/8th inch. The fuel pump and door locks would activate.
I followed the instructions on this thread , and ended up removing the cable that interlinks the shifter and ignition. Problem resolved and I'm driving ...
