could my spark plugs be part of my surging with no CEL on..? my throttle body plate doesnt click when i let the lever go...the plate closes but the lever kinda bounces back...i dont want to waste money and change my TCC solenoid when it could be somthing i could tackle...but every time i throttle up ...
