What size pulley?
I have done all the maintenance and added 180 thermostat, headers, and FWI. Engine must be breathing better. Boost gauge shows 6.5 at WOT. Which size pulley would be best for a daily driver? I plan on a tune with the pulley change. TIA. 2002 SSEi, BTW.

Is a braided flex pipe needed when you add headers?
I got a great deal on a set of Stainless Works headers for my 2002 SSEI. Their set up doesn't include a flex pipe. SW said it wouldn't be needed. I have installed them and haven't really floored it, yet. Should I add one?

Re: the worst gas filler rust on a 2000+ ever...
How about using WD40? WD stands for water displacement. Then use some type of rust preventive like POR-15.

Re: New member and SSEi owner
My 02 has 87000 miles. Galaxy silver. On a scale of 1-10, I would give it an 8.

New member and SSEi owner
Just checking in. Just bought a 2002 SSEi and needed info on the car. Found this site and immediately registered. Been reading all day. Lots of info and knowledge here. I'll be checking in regularly. Thanks.
